Enjoying my chair

Had to put together but wasn't that hard!! Very nice chairs!!

Great except for heat

The chair has the feel of a much more expensive chair. It is sturdy and comfortable, very attractive, and is covered in what feels very much like real, plush leather. Assembly is complex, though the instructions are clear. But there is one key flaw to the chair. The heat is very slow to get going, and so weak that it can’t be felt at all if you have the lumbar cushion in place (without which the chair is not nearly as comfortable). So the heat is essentially useless.

Wonderful chair for a fair price

Chair was delivered several days ago, and it came in a nicely packaged box. All parts of the chair was securely packed and included. Instructions were very decent and assembly was done without any issues.Wow, the chair is solid and works very well!! Reclining speed is on the slower side, but that's actually what we prefer for safety reasons. The heat and massage functions as described, although we haven't used that too much yet. Remote for both works well, with the reclining remote programmable to 2 desried recline positions. Overall a fantastic chair for this price!
