This is pretty lightweight which I appreciate. It came with 2 batteries - both fully charged. Charging the batteries is a little weird, the indicator light is on the charger box that gets plugged into the wall, it's red and then turns green when it's charged. There is a button on each batter you can use to check the power level, but you have to hold it down.To use it, you have to keep grip on both handles. I found that a little annoying because I have very small hands so I would accidentally slightly release pressure on one of the handles and the blades would stop. The cutting power is pretty good, but I would have to hover over the thicker branches or go back over them multiple times, but that's better than getting tangled in a power cord or having to smell gas the whole time so it's a trade-off.

I'm a huge fan of the GARVEE brand. Everything I have from them has been great quality. So of course when I saw these cordless landscape trimmers, it was an easy click lol. & of course I was not disappointed! These are so easy to use. For how lightweight they are, they are very powerful. My husband used these for a solid hour & the battery was still going strong. It's also pretty darned quiet. It comes with an extra battery, charger, & blade cover. I'm a 57 year old woman & this is a good size & weight even for me to handle easily. The bush in the pictures was very overgrown & had some pretty thick branches. This cut through it all with ease. I definitely recommend.
