I recently moved my dad in with me to take care of him, and he has a list of health problems including heart failure, copd, mobility issues, incontinence…. He had trouble with getting up, on his own, and moving around, and prior to getting this, had been hospitalized for a blood clot. This chair has helped with soo many things, from helping him getting up, keeping feet elevated, blood circulation, being able to sit up at the same time, bc of the copd, for his breathing, and obviously comfort in general!! I also love the little handles on the sides, and the pocket, I use the loops for his oxygen tubes, and the big pocket to put his portable oxygen in. This chair has done wonders, and my dad raves to all his nurses about it when they visit!! He also has problems with incontinence, and I do use washable pads to protect it, incase of accident, but I clean it, and wipe it down no matter what everyday, and it shows no wear at all, looks brand new. I wanted something to help him, but also something to look nice in my living room, and not look out of place. It matches perfectly, so much that I plan to get another one in the near future. I love the fact that they have the same one but a little cheaper, just less of the added features, so I’ll be able to get one for my self, and enjoy some quality time with him ! Side note for ease of assembly: my 14 year daughter put it together by herself, and glanced at the instructions for 1/3 of a second… Definitely worth every penny!!!

Love the recliner once I got it put together. I'm a 70 year old and no help to assemble ... but I did it! Best part is sitting and enjoying!

I love the cognac color. It is under-stuffed in the foot rest and I wish I had gotten one where the back and leg lift operated separately.Pretty good for the price. I use it regularly but use a pillow behind me. I am 5’ tall and the seat is too deep for me.

A family member needed this quickly after surgery. It arrived the next day, it’s very easy to assemble and extremely comfortable

Love it...just love it. A price that can't be beat. Somewhat difficult for a senior age, but excellent buy once it's all put together.. Fantastic shipping prices. You can always ADD the in-home installation prices, and don't forget to add the recliner 3 year protection plan.

This was perfect for my mom who had hip replacement surgery. She has bad knees and bursitis in her shoulders so this was a complete game changer for her. She could be independent with this. It was excellent for the cost. The heat was nice when she had to ice her hip. She could turn it on so the rest of her didn’t get as cold. The assembly was a little more involved than I had anticipated. Tip: when assembling the arms on the base. They tell you to pull hard to lock them open. They mean YANK it as hard as you can. It won’t lock without violently yanking it. Just “pulling hard” doesn’t do it. I struggled for at least a half hour until I watched a YouTube video. Once I realized I needed to be super aggressive, it was a piece of cake.

Just got chair today, and I love it. My daughter put it together, it was kind of easy to put together if can fine all parts lol but she did.its comfortable, wish had pockets on both side. For remotes.this should last me a few years.well worth it.

Overall, a very nice recliner especially in consideration of cost. The ordering, payment, and delivery procedures were excellent. The recliner was exceptionally well packaged. Set-up was not too difficult but could be a challenge to elderly buyers. The only recommendations, more padding on the recliner's seat and the addition of another storage pocket on the opposite side of the one provided. I would give the company an A+ in their efforts to provide service and feedback on their product.
