Beautiful bed for a good price. The front part came damage but the seller resolved the issue giving me partial refund as I didn’t want to return the item. Also the bed drawer was described as wood material and it is metal.

We ordered and received the bed in February, and while putting it together, we realized one of the supporting brackets was incorrect. I emailed the company right away and requested the correct bracket. There was going to be a several week delay in receiving the part, but we were still able to make the bed work and have had several guests sleep on it and rave about its comfortability. The bed is beautiful, very functional with the shelf and built-in charger, as well as the rollout basket underneath. The price was fantastic. It was very easy to put together. The customer service representative, Rana, was so pleasant, professional, and helpful. There ended up being a fairly long wait time for the new part, so instead of making us wait, they ordered a brand new bed for us, which was shipped and received nearly immediately (within one day). I couldn't be happier with the product and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction!
