Love it

I love it very simple to use. The ratchet lock keeps the hose secure at any length and the hose automatically rewinds smoothly back. I especially like this upgraded slow rewind system, which makes it safe and easy to handle. Very good quality. Even though I previously bought a reel for storing another hose but this reel is much more convenient and truly worth the value.

The any-length lock is useful, but occasionally it gets a little stuck and takes a few tries to release smoothly.
