I ordered this outdoor straw rug for my covered patio to put under the picnic table we have there.The rug itself is beautiful! I love that the color way is reversible! The colors stand out and overall it looks so much better in person!The woven plastic straw material makes it lightweight and easy to transport! It’s easy unfold and fold back up to put away. It comes with a nice carry bag and stakes to put through the loops on each edge of the rug to hold it down. It rinses clean easy and dries quickly.I tested out a vacuum on it! I used a name brand stick vacuum and it worked very well! I was quite surprised. I also wiped it with a wet cloth. I find it to be very easy to clean!There are so many good potential uses for this rug. It can be used on a porch/patio, in the grass, to take on a picnic, right outside a pool to avoid getting grass on your feet going in/out, etc…This is my first time using a rug like this so I can’t speak to durability and longevity but I love it and hope it will last a long time!

In my experience, the edges are usually the first part of these mats to wear out or unravel, so I’m hopeful this added reinforcement will help it hold up well over the long term.I haven't used it in direct summer sunlight as past experience tells me this type of mat gets hot, but the white side will hopefully reflect some of that making this a decent option. If there are concerns, utilizing a larger patio style umbrella or placing it in a shaded area solves that issue.

This is a great outdoor rug. It is huge at 9 feet wide by 18 feet long. It is great that it is plastic and can be easily cleaned with a spray hose. It is perfect for our backyard deck and does a great job at separating the area into a sitting area. Very nice reversible outdoor rug. This rug is massive and when I mean massive I mean massive. It's can easily fit any size outdoor patio area. It looks very nice with a great shade of gray. It's big but it's made out of plastic and woven together so it's light weight and easy to move around.The plastic material makes it easy to clean as well but it does mean the wind can blow up the corners. It also mean it can get pulled easily and develop holes in some parts which has happened already. Overall it's a good quality outdoor rug and at the right price it's a good pick up.
