I ordered the 5x7 size and was pleasantly surprised by how nice this rug is. I’ve tried quite a few low pile rugs, and this one feels much better made than many others. The non-slip backing makes a big difference. It stays in place much better than expected.It arrived folded, so it did have some creases, but they flattened out after a few days. The colors and pattern look just like the photos, and the low pile makes it easy to clean while still feeling comfortable underfoot.Overall, this is a great value, and I’d definitely purchase another one.
Well, the dogs love it! As soon as I laid it down to unfold it, Tyson decided it was his and plopped right down on it. (The 2nd photo is only ¼ of the rug.) This rug has a very low pile with a soft, velvety feel and is comfortable to lay on, apparently.It is exactly as pictured. A modern geometric pattern of lines and circles, in white, black and various shades of gray.It is so easy to keep clean, and it doesn't hold dirt and debris the way a higher pile carpet does. In addition to machine washing (cool water, air dry), you can also use spot machines on it, it can be vacuumed (bare floor setting, brush roll only as needed.), swept with a broom, shaken out outside, and wiped clean with a rag in small areas. If machine washing, I recommend air drying.The backing and banding around the edges is great quality, it holds up very well and no corners have lifted. I have several GARVEE rugs and they are all outstanding quality and very affordable. I highly recommend it!
I grabbed this 5x7 rug for the living room, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The abstract geometric pattern looks fantastic and adds a nice modern touch to the space without being too overwhelming. The fact that this thing is actually machine washable is an absolute game-changer. I was a little worried about how it would hold up in the washer, but it came out looking brand new and laid flat again with no weird curling at the edges.It is on the thinner side which makes sense so it can actually fit in the washing machine so you might want to grab a decent rug pad if you want some extra cushion but it's perfect for a hardwood floor.
