GARVEE 2 Pack Safety Steel Bollards, 4.5" Dia. for Secure Areas

The bollards are what I expected. They arrived in good condition. They're not too heavy and they're sealed, so I'd need to cut into them if I wanted to fill them with concrete to make them sturdier. For my needs they should be ok. The mounting hardware that was included pulled right out of the concrete floor. I picked up some 5/16" lag bolts and shield anchors at a hardware store which gave me a much more solid connection.

It would be nice to have info such as size of hole to be drilled and socket size of nuts.

They are indeed heavy and should work well. They were shipped to the wrong address.

Good for the price. Cut the tops off and backfilled with cement really made them sturdy and solid. Also did not bother using the hardware supplied looks disposable

Well made steel bollard, finish is nice and includes mounting hardware. Seems straight and base is flat. These types of bollards are commonly used in warehouses and plants where you don't want forklift operators to bang into corners of shelving, causing major problems and instead they bang into the post. They could probably also be used outdoors, although the outdoor ones are usually pour-in-place style which are heavier duty.

I installed an air-conditioner unit on a concrete pad that's also used for trash-can storage, and I needed something to protect that AC unit from the cans being pushed into it.This bollard is very solid, looks great and does the job at a bargain price compared to many others I've seen.

We bought one to install in front of outdoor gas meter, it's well built and came with 4 inches bolts, I can add cement in through the top cap for additional strength, nice!
