I got this litter box a couple of months ago and love it. I have one cat who uses it 3 times a day (never knew how often she used it, researched and found it was normal). It does fill up pretty fast, I have to change out the bottom every 5 days or so, but beats cleaning it daily. I do wish it had a larger drop box. It has filled a few times when I wasn’t home and stopped mid clean. A warning would be nice, or a way to force it closed so the cat can continue to use it if it fills early and you won’t be home until late, but you can’t have everything. I also can’t find replacement liners for the box, NOT the trash bags. You can get them everywhere. When you empty the litter box, I need to clean the liner for the bottom of the pan ((would be nice if it came with 2 or an option to get one with 2) and can’t seem to find them. It needs to be washed desperately. The empty feature is great. I do seem to have a “smear” issue and it does get stuck in the grates, but I just keep the old scooper handy and scrape it off once it is dry. After the nightmare of people talking how their cats were killed, mine is in manual mode, but I can still empty it when I am not home. I have a camera in my living room so will look for Daisy before I empty it. Just a bit paranoid. Eventually I will replace it for one with a stool and larger bin but for now, it is great with exception to the liner and smearing issue.

UPDATE, this company has reach out to me and my concerns that I had been dealing with. They offer and gave a full refund. Their customer service is above most companies. They have honored their commitment to their customer (me) They are a honorable and honest company that seems to really care about me as a customer. I am grateful to this company for standing behind their product and I believe they care about their customers and their reputation. Thank you for the full refund and for doing the honest and honorable thing. If you have a problem they will help you.

I am sorry to say I am not overly impressed. It came packaged well and arrived in a timely manner. Put it all together and does work, but it doesn't weigh my cat right at all, that is when it decides to work in auto mode. It does work if I push the button and I get notices that its off line a few times a day. I had high hopes, followed this brand and watched it work. But mine does not work like the commercials. My cat has no problem using it, she likes it. But I was really hoping that the auto mode would work like on the advertisements. I think i tried everything. I don't want to take it from my girl cause she liked it right away. So I don't know what to do.

How did I get along cleaning smelly litterboxes before now? Couldn't be easier to set up. Motor is whisper-quiet. Just wipe off to clean. This makes litterbox cleaning instantaneous, easy, and effortless. No odor. Working flawlessly since set up. Overall, an incredible value I highly recommend.
