Improvements: Include the poles!
False advertising

We thought this was agreat deal and ordered the item from Macy's, based on ad pictures showing the shade material on poles. However, the item arrived without poles, and a call to Macy's revealed the poles are not included. The problem is that nowhere in the ad does it say poles not included. How can you hang the thing without poles! Very disappointed.

Huge relief from the summer sun!

Our patio was unbearable in the afternoon heat, but this sun shade sail made it cool again. It blocks the harsh UV rays perfectly and feels much more comfortable for the kids.

Perfect poolside shade for the family.

I hung this over the shallow end of our pool to protect the little ones from the midday sun. The sand color looks very high end and matches our deck perfectly. It feels very durable and doesn't look cheap like some other brands. Essential for a hot Texas summer!
