Watched lots of videos before purchasing. Wife wanted very heavy Daytona car dolly and I wanted this one. We had to change a tire on horse trailer during recent trip. Hard for 77 and 80 year old to handle very heavy tire/rim.My wife tried both and agreed we me that this dolly was easier to mount tire. Returned Dayton car dolly.This process of her making selection is why we're still married after 58 years.Remounting tire under gooseneck was even more difficult but couldn't find commercialy. Added a long grade 8 bolt to existing tire plate and added swivel ring and hoist underneath gooseneck. 77 year old woman can remove and remount with one hand.
This tool is worth its weight in gold. I just roll this under the tire, lift, and slide it out effortlessly. The 360-degree rollers make aligning the lugs so much easier. A must-have for any diesel owner or shop.
My garage is packed. I love that this dolly can stand upright against a wall or hang from a hook, taking up almost no floor space. The design considers storage from the start, which is appreciated.
