This sweeper has been a huge help with keeping my yard clean. It picks up leaves and small lawn debris really well, and the large bag means I can cover a good amount of ground before stopping to empty it. Hooking it up to my mower is straightforward, and it feels sturdy when towing. After a few uses, I’m definitely spending less time raking by hand.
I’ve used this lawn sweeper a few times now and it has made fall cleanup so much faster. It picks up a surprising amount of leaves in one pass, and the large hopper holds plenty before I need to empty it. Towing it behind the mower is easy, and it rolls smoothly across my yard. Definitely saves me a lot of time compared with raking everything by hand.
The pull-rope dumping feature is probably my favorite part of this lawn sweeper. I can empty the hopper into the compost area without repeatedly getting off the mower. Once I adjusted the rope length and brush height, the whole cleanup process became much smoother.
Our lawn has both thick grass and a few uneven areas, so being able to change the brush height is important. I started with the brushes raised and lowered them gradually until they picked up leaves without digging into the turf. A small adjustment made a noticeable difference in performance.
