I like it nice in back of my truck
Strong sturdy
Super sturdy and high quality!
There are dozens, if not hundreds of trailer boxes to choose from. It seems the aluminum ones are either really cheap and flimsy or really expensive. I just didn't care for any of the aluminum options and decided to go with steel. My trailer lives inside so doesn't see weather very often, plus this box is powder coated, seems really well made and is of a good quality steel so rust shouldn't be much of an issue.Nearly all the other boxes out there suffer complaints about the latch. This was the only box I saw that uses a stupid-simple tab welded to the lid that goes through a slotted opening at the front. Just close the lid and slide your lock or carabiner through the hole. No fancy springs, levers, latches, locks or keys. So simple yet efficient and I love it!Other features I love included a full length piano hinge, dual hydraulic struts, reinforced lid, a raised lip weatherstrip and extra bumpers for the lid.I was extremely disappointed when it arrived to find it had been mishandled, dropped and damaged in no fewer than three places, including once on the front corner of the lid, smashing it out of alignment. I certainly can't blame the seller for that but I wasn't going to go through the hassle or expected Garvee or the seller to eat the cost of the carelessness of a bunch of apes.Other than that, I really couldn't be happier and I'm sure you will be also.
