Fit these on my ford maverick. Directions were a bit difficult to follow, but with this kind of project , you know you are going to do it twice. Quality feels good
Great bang for the buck. I installed on a 2019 Ford F150 with a 5.5' bed. Install was easy, adjustments were easy, and it came with plenty of hardware. All the parts line up without issue and are very well made. I bought this to haul kayaks with a trailer and it worked as expected.I'm only giving 4 stars because there are a couple of things I think could have been done differently. First, add plugs for the exposed holes; I have to use tape to keep the whistling down. Second, some kind of deflector would be very welcome to keep the whistling down. Finally, the plastic end caps and adjustable stops are not of much use for my application. I wish the end caps screwed in so they could be used as tie downs.All in all, this has been a great rack. I will eventually replace it with a bolt in stake pocket rack so I can use my tonneau cover at the same time.
Only thing is they are pretty loud when driving but then again I’m assuming maybe others are the same.Easy to put on vehicle and remove.
Finish is good. Instructions clear, much better than many items. All parts arrived and fit well. "C clamps" are beefy, maybe too much, but they do give large bearing surfaces. Height adjustment is in 2" increments which misses my F150's sweet spot by about one inch. HF (this week) has a similar item 'on sale' for $229 so this is a good deal.I would recommend, though to be clear have not loaded it up and driven at 75MPH to see if it holds up. but in the car port it looks good and feels solid. Not sure I would want to put 800# on it but do not think I would want that much weight at that height with any rack.
This product is easy to assemble, very sturdy, and built to last. I highly recommend it.
For the price these are very decent. No problems like others listed. They do the job nothing fancy.
Product is excellent; adjusts for both height and width. 4 stars because it was missing the end caps and there is no contact information to request the missing parts. Only option appears to be to send it back and hope that the replacement is complete.
