Good cantilever umbrella and good customer service

I bought this umbrella at a discounted price, although it was worth the full price. When I thought I was missing a crucial piece, their customer service responded very quickly. I found the piece the next day and had no trouble assembling the umbrella. As other customers have noted, it does NOT have a weighted base, so you will need to either bolt it to a concrete surface (bolts not included), purchase a base, or use some sort of weight, like sandbags. I chose the latter as a temporary measure. I don't know how it will stand up to wind or rain, but as a large parasol (sun umbrella) it's great.
