Reviews
The quality is much greater than expected for the price. This fine little machine has a heavy cast iron base allowing its' use without bolting to a bench. Built in blower and light are very useful (not on other saws in same price range). Accessories include needed hex wrenches and a couple of blades. Consider buying a variety pack of 5" pin end blades with the saw. It will accommodate 2" thick stock, but, it isn't a band saw! My small shop vac fits well on the built in vacuum port. Recommended, for sure.
Don't drop the blade
The saw was delivered on time in fine condition. I had previously use a saw wit flat blades and this machine has pins on the blade ends. The blades provided were quite thick and were quite different from my finer blades that i used for making jig saw puzzles of 1/4" plywood or veneer for my friends and family. I was a mite disappointed as I have not found thinner blades from my local dealers. I am pleased with the saw and would recommend it. I would like to speak to someone to aid in getting finer blade and a smaller work piece foot for the future.
