For comparison, level 2 on this blanket feels closer to a much higher setting on other heated blankets I own, and this one goes up to about 5 heat levels. It warms up quickly and retains heat well, which is great if you’re someone who gets cold easily.One thing to be aware of is that the power button is very sensitive, so it’s easy to change settings with minimal contact. Because it gets so hot, I personally wouldn’t recommend leaving it on high while sleeping without being mindful of the setting.Overall, it’s a very soft, high-heat blanket that works best if you want strong warmth rather than gentle heat. If you like intense heat and plan to use it while awake or at lower settings, it’s great — just know it runs hotter than expected.

Need to find a thread remover to take it off.The cord could be longer. 6ft is not enough length for using on the sofa.
