Usage Instructions
- Compare cable diameters with feeding holes on the machine. Feed cables one piece at a time.
- Cut off the head of cables before feeding to avoid gaps caused to the blades.
- If cuts are too deep on the output side:
- Adjust the handles on the input side (M12 handles).
- Check if cables are in the right position during feeding.
- Ensure blades are sharp; polish with oil stone if needed.
- If plastic (PVC) is removed but copper wires are not exposed:
- Polish the upper axis with oil stone.
- Check if springs are loose; tighten if necessary.
- For small diameter cables, adjust space between axes to 0.3-0.6mm.
