Great tool, although I was unaware that it is actually a two person operation

Well made, but hard to use. The jaws close when hanging empty, so you have to pull them apart each time you attempt a lift. If they hung open partially, you could make a lift without having to manually open the jaws each time. Very disappointed on design. I would not buy this again!
