This triple compartment stainless steel trash can is a great space saver in my kitchen. It's a lot more attractive and takes up much less space than what I was using before (see photos). The build quality is okay. This is not a heavy-duty, professional quality device I would consider using in an office or retail location. However, it's adequate for home use. Each compartment comes with a removable plastic bin. You can lift each bin lid with your hand and it stays open or you can use the foot "switch" to open the lid and it closes when you release your foot. Each lid has a removable carbon filter (included) which you can replace as needed. In fact, you may want to replace the filters right away because the included filters are low-quality.Overall, these bins are only five (5) gallons each which is on the small side. On the other hand, I live alone and would not use any of these bins for food waste because five gallons is much too large. Keep in mind, I eat a plant-based diet and cut up a lot of vegetables each day. However, I have a countertop food waste receptacle that is one-gallon size. More than adequate for my daily food waste which should be emptied everyday.Where I live I have to recycle glass separately from other recyclables so I am using one bin for garbage, one for glass, and one for all other recyclables like paper, aluminum, and plastic containers. I only need a plastic liner for the trash receptacle and I am using the 13-gallon size that I already had for my step-on trash can which this product replaced. The 13-gallon plastic liners easily fit the receptacle and the excess can be folded over the side of the bin and stuffed out of the way.I'm only giving this product four stars because at this price point I expected the build quality to be more heavy-duty all around.

We've used this now for a few weeks and so far really love it. It fits perfectly where we intended. It looks great. The lids open and close smoothly. The bins fit the 13 gallon trash bags that we previously used but with less capacity than our old bins, which we knew going in. We added little pads under our counter so the lids don't get banged up when opening. We also added stickers to the lids. Finger prints show up but are easy to wipe off. The body of the bin does feel a bit thin and susceptible to denting, but that hasn't happened to ours at this point.

I've been using this for about one week now. Solid product. Good looking. Does what it's supposed to do.Also, if you're looking for bags for this, I am currently using the 8 gallon bags from a brand called T.Foring. It works and is inexpensive. You can find it here on Garvee.

Although it's a bit larger than my previous bin, I like that it’s compact enough to fit snugly against the wall, making it unobtrusive yet functional.I would note that the brushed finish is a bit of a fingerprint magnet, so it requires a quick wipe now and then to keep it looking pristine. It's a small price to pay for the overall convenience and efficiency it has brought to my daily routine. Overall, this trash can has been an excellent addition to my household, making recycling more straightforward and my kitchen more organized.

I love the storage container. Now I don’t have to use bags.

Really great looking trash can and the three seperate cans provides an easy way to organize regular from recycling. The pop-up lids work well and close soft and slow. The only issue I have had is how narrow they are. the bins are not a huge size, which I expected, but I was hoping they'd be a bit shorter so they would be wider. Especially for the recycling side. Not a lot you can fit in there before it's full.

It’s hard to get the can liners to stay.

Our city just started 3 trash cans and this was almost perfect. A closing organic bag needs to be with the purchase or you will get fruit flys and bugs and it is apainintheass. The can is nice but be careful you could get a dent in it in the wrong place.

I love this can and living in LA we have to separate compost so this works perfectly. I did have a part break (most likely my fault for being rough) 1 day after my return window; it was the spring that slowly lowers the can lid. I dm’d them on Instagram and they replied super quickly and had the part and extras to me in a few days. Amazing customer service.
