12000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable AC, Cools 450 sq. ft, Remote, 115V

This AC had no reviews when I purchased it, but I went out on a limb because it seemed the best option out of all of the ones I had looked at. Our home is a tri-level. I put it in our living room and keep the bedroom doors open above the living room. It is now bearable for all of us to hang out and sleep. My kitchen is just on the other side of the living room and for the first time in years I have been able to use my oven this summer! The bedrooms don't get chilly at all, but it has dropped the temp in the rooms about 12 degrees when going to bed and 16 degrees cooler in the morning, compared to previous summers. I am very pleased with my purchase and I don't know how I lived so long without it!

Very good ac keeps room freezing ??

This air conditioner unit pushes out frigid air and cools my small office well. Gets perfectly ice cold in a matter of minutes.Installation: Instructions are simple, and you only have to install the side pieces, the window kit is included. (The installation included a set of window kit, the connecting bar, and mine was already intact.) Not saying it was fun, but it's not so heavy that you can't manage it yourself. You basically get in the window and you're ready to go.

Working great and does the job fast cooling

Assembly was a little challenging, however, once I got it everything together, it works great!! Living room is staying cool. Unit was a good price. I saw some with less BTU's for the same price as this one.

The hose and window kit are easy to install, making setup a breeze.

works great in my small bedroom

This uses a lot of electricity but it saved my and my fur babies lives when our house AC went out in the middle of July in Arizona! Not great for open concept houses but works amazingly in a bedroom!
