I’m so happy with this purchase! it came with everything window kit and remote the settings are great and really strong even on low, I live in a small place so this is more then enough for this heat! definitely recommend and such a good price!! it also arrived in 3 days! i thought i was going to wait a week. anyway if your looking to buy one this is it! it has a lot of more features then other ones very happy with it!

Love it it’s quite works extremely well for a small room only con is the water that it captures from the is a lot be prepared to have a 5 gallon jug to catch it all if you going to leave it on all night but other than that, probably the best priced unit out there!

old unit wasn't keeping up, replaced and saw a huge drop in power consumption, should have bought sooner.

This thing gets cooles

It works great. We have a tiny house it's 250sf and it does the job keeps it cool. But we only use it in the afternoon when we are home. We use a window AC during the day. It blows out hard cold air in the afternoon Florida heat at the right time

Our central ac went out and we needed a quick solution for our living room. I was hesitant as this ac had no reviews but I needed something asap. This ac did not disappoint. Cold air, not too loud and efficient. I waited a few weeks before providing a review to make sure it continued to work well and it has. The only issue I had is that the included vent hose was a bit short and I ordered a longer one. Excellent product, no complaints!

Bought this unit before any reviews were posted so obviously took a chance. Luckily it worked out for me as it is blowing cold air nicely. Knocked off 1 star as the window kit was not long enough to cover the height of my window (though I knew this from the product description). I had to buy a separate window kit.
