We had set it up for a day to start sprained down the top with a water repellent. We experienced a little bit of rain so we dropped the canopy down a little bit allowed the rain to pass and when coming back out to my backyard, the middle part had broken which caused a lot of water to pool. I would not suggest getting this piece or anything of this company I do not think it’s made very well.

Easy set up, easy take down and pack up. Modular with pieces you can choose to put up or not. Quite compact for its size. It is great quality but not overly heavy especially for its reasonable price. I’ve had it for a few months and have used it for the beach and camping it has held up quite well. It only lost a star because the carrying case has wheels that are not very helpful the way that they are positioned and the size they are. It causes part of the case to drag on the ground and there are now holes in the case. The handles on the case have also started to tear. My only complaints are with the case

Whoever came up with the idea to use one of the side walls as an awning is a genius. However it’s with its design flaws. You Velcro the top of the side wall on the inside of the tent which causes it to droop down in the middle. You couldn’t have it up during rain because it would collect and collapse the whole thing. The 3 poles supplied are pretty flimsy and don’t stake into the ground. There were a few leaks during a downpour we got caught in while setting up but otherwise this tent is pretty decent. Oh, and easiest set up ever. My son and I had it all set up in under 5 mins. It’s very heavy so need 2 peeps. Storage bag seems pretty solid, so far. Side walls are flimsy too, windows are almost like paper. If you’re looking for heavy duty, this ain’t it. But for backyard recreation a few times a year, I’d say it’s good.
