This looks so much better in person than I thought it would. I did not expect this quality at this price point. It comes in a huge heavy box, so that was my first challenge. Once indoors and opened there are lots of pieces and it looks very difficult and complicated. My recommendation is to give yourself time, do not panic and follow the directions. It is so much easier than it looks. Once together, it is totally worth it! It is small. If you are looking for good storage, this may not be the best option, in fact, I am having difficulty finding things small enough for the cupboards. However. If space is a premium, this is a great way to make you space appear larger.

For the price, I'm very happy with it. It is unfortunately particle board, but that was to be expected with the price as well. I will say though for particle board, it is thick & heavy duty. All of the pieces were well labeled including the hardware & the instructions were easy to follow. My husband & I put it together in ~3 hours. I haven't tried out the heater on the electric fireplace yet, but I'm happy with the faux logs/flames. There are 3 flame levels & it's nice having a remote to control the fireplace with. For reference, our TV is a 70" & we aren't able to line it up perfectly due to our outlet location, but it goes the entire width of the TV which is nice. I'm 5'2 & the top height of the mantel comes up to my lower hip. Shipping was also estimated to be 7 days, but it shipped the next day & was delivered quickly in 2 days. Overall I'm very satisfied & would recommend.
It is not the best quality but I knew it wasn't going to meet up to my standards because the price was incredible for what I got. It looks nice in my living room but it will not hold up very well. It already has a piece of the wood (particle board) chipped off. The size was good but wished it was a little taller
