Check all parts are there, No washers came with product or fell out in transit, I purchased some 14mm & 16 mm flat washers from local, pretty to assemble , support braces for center post a little tight to assemble on one side, package came from Houston to Arkansas a little beat up.

Great product for the money. Jack handle should been designed to also lower the hoist. Have to use a set of pliers.

great hoist for the money----2 ton rating was strong enough to pickup the entire riding mower tractor to allow me to sharpen the blades---after I drained all fluids from tractor so as not to make a big mess---worked for me
