Purchased for our grandson’s 3rd birthday. He jumped in to ride at his party and the accelerator didn’t work. Btw…the accelerator is not something that we had to assemble. No way to speak with anyone for assistance if product doesn’t work. You have to email them and wait 24 hours for response back and forth trying to troubleshoot, etc…no way to speak to anyone to try and resolve the issue. We finally found and removed the accelerator plate underneath on our own and discovered they hadn’t attached the wires! Worst customer if you have any issue!!

2 packages were received on Original date that was posted on Garvee. This was nice because after we paid delivery date changed to 3 days later. It was delivered by UPS. Item came well packaged. All parts were included. It did take a bit of time to assemble. After charging 6-12 hrs kiddos were off and riding this well made electric 4x4 truck.
