We ordered the ride on toy for our 4yo for Christmas. It comes in two boxes. We received one box. Regina spends a lot of time evidently writing long emails. One said to hold off on canceling because she didn't want to honor a coupon. The next was after we received the ride on car minus three wheels (in the second box). She asked that we send photos, circle the model #, and a bunch of steps that made me feel like she thought we were either criminals or scamming Garvee for three wheels. Not friendly, very unprofessional, my husband sent the photos and all, but I have not heard anything. How long should this little boy have to wait for his Christmas present?
Great little toy
We ordered this car for our 4yo son for Christmas. It arrived with one wheel, instead of four. Fed ex shipping stated it was supposed to be two boxes. We received one. When I notified Customer Service / Regina, I received a long response back treating me like a criminal. She wanted pictures of what we had received even though she acknowledged that we only received one of two boxes. I may end up sending this back as he has waited long enough for his Christmas present. Very disappointing! It is now 1/10/2025.
Assembly was a breeze. Lots of cool features like the lights and music. Runs a little loud but it’s got great speed options and the remote is helpful. Little guy totally loves it! Will update with durability as it gets more use.
