Zero stars!!!! Awful product

Arrived with a bent rear brake. Customer service was no help. Battery dead after one year and they are no help. The batteries are not sold anywhere. Purchase a bike that has replacement batteries available. I regret buying this.

Do not buy this product, absolutely junk!!!!

Batteries dead after one year and they are impossible to replace. They are no help and could care less. You will regret buying this. This was our first e-motorcycle and it was a giant waste of money. I give it zero stars, but they don’t post bad reviews so I had to give it five to get this message out.

Stop removing my review about your crappy product

They remove every bad review. Do not buy this product. The batteries are terrible and impossible to replace. Garrett told me to buy one off of Amazon. Thanks Garvee for the help but Amazon doesn’t sell them.
