First off I want to say how impressed I was on how quick I got my item. I bought this Thursday and was estimated to get it Tuesday. Well it's Saturday and after 2 days it was delivered to my door so that was actually pretty awesome for me. Next thing is a pro and a con... it's wood is very thick and well made. With that said... the it was packaged in 2 separate boxes. The con is the weight. Make sure you have someone that can help you bring the boxes in. It has some weight to it and is pretty heavy for just one person to bring it in. My boxes came pretty beat up but I'm assuming because of its weight. Luckily the company placed alot of Styrofoam and edging on all the outer pieces protecting it. I'm telling when I saw the boxes I really expected my item to be damaged but it made it. There was only 1 piece that had a minor dent but nothing that was an issue to put it together or cause any issues with the integrity of the structure. Overall looks amazing and I think my dogs will absolutely love it. I took a picture for my bigger dog so you have a idea of how your pup will fit and a side by side with a large wire kennel for a better visual. I had a very hard time deciding with just the pictures on the product. My girl is about 35 lbs and im. A large wired kennel her head can touch the top. She loved it as soon as her bed went in she jumped right in and shes a very anxious girl. I just got this product so if anything changes I will update my post but as of right now 5 stars for sure. It's beautiful and well made. Just be mindful it will be tedious to put together and you will need at least. 2 people to assemble.
