Just a dude reviewing stuff
Easy and cheap solution to improving squats and hip thrusts with less pain

Simple and incredible amount of cushion. This is so easy to put on the bar and strap down with the 2 Velcro straps. It will make my squats a lot more comfortable now as with age and muscle loss I feel more bones in my back with a barbell placed directly across the back. Also for hip thrusts it helps with the added cushion that creates some distance for the bar and doesn’t feel so close to your body and groin area. Cheap easy fix with this pad and I’m looking forward to using my barbell more often now for my squats.

Less pressure, more squats.

Nice inexpensive way to add some padding and protection to a bar when doing squats. Should take some pressure off your back and allow you to focus on the exercise. Hopefully it holds up well. It’s easy to install and remove.

Just what I needed.

Hopefully this review format is helpful.Would I recommend: Yes. This is so much more comfortable than just a plain bar. I have multiple compound fractures in my neck and upper back. The bones healed incorrectly so a unpadded bar REALLY HURTS.Comfort: 4.5 STARS. Plenty of padding. Not too hard, not too soft... just right.Fit: 5 STARS. Fits bars of all standard sizes very easily. I even use it on a 3 inch thick bar.Sturdiness: 5 STARS. As long as you are not taking scissors to it, it should last as long as you own it.Grip: 4.5 STARS. Grip is great. It comes with straps that allows you to cinch it down for a tight fit and a nice grip.Ease of Use: 5 STARS. Incredibly easy to use. Slap on, Strap down, Done.Value for the money? Yes. This is a great valur for the money.

Comfortable and easy to use!

The GARVEE Barbell Pad, Hip Thrust Pad for Leg Training is a very simple pad but very effective. The cushion is very dense and holds shape well, and does not smash under pressure. The foam is good quality and fits well on the bars I have. This pad is very comfortable and offered top notch protection during workouts. The foam also did not slip with straps and stays in place. Easy to take on and off as needed. Wipes clean after use and holds up great. The affordability is great for a high quality pad.
