Nice Quality but Connector Gets in the Way

This is definitely a quality product that feels wonderful on the neck and upper back. My only suggestion is that the manufacturer does something different with the connector that is attached to the front side. It causes the heating pad to shift simply due to gravity.

Nice weighted heating pad

This heating pad works very well. It is made from soft, blanket-like material and weighted around the bottom edges to keep it in place. The arms that wrap around the front have magnets in them to hold them in place as well, but they aren't very strong and just meant to help while stationary. It heats up very quickly and has three levels of heat but one feature I really appreciated was the two hour auto shut-off in case you forget to turn it off.
