Nice Quality but Connector Gets in the Way

This is definitely a quality product that feels wonderful on the neck and upper back. My only suggestion is that the manufacturer does something different with the connector that is attached to the front side. It causes the heating pad to shift simply due to gravity.

This heating pad for neck, shoulders, and back is great for relaxing sore muscles after a long day. The heat is steady and comfortable, and the added vibration feature really helps loosen tight spots instead of just warming the surface.It fits well across the shoulders and upper back and stays in place without constant adjusting. The controls are simple to use, and the size gives good coverage without feeling bulky. The fabric is soft and comfortable, making it easy to use while sitting or lying down.

Nice weighted heating pad

This heating pad works very well. It is made from soft, blanket-like material and weighted around the bottom edges to keep it in place. The arms that wrap around the front have magnets in them to hold them in place as well, but they aren't very strong and just meant to help while stationary. It heats up very quickly and has three levels of heat but one feature I really appreciated was the two hour auto shut-off in case you forget to turn it off.
