It works well for neck pain

I have some issues with my rotator cuff and need some relief at the end of the day. This is handy and stays warm for a comfortable experience

First of all the pluses. I liked the weight a lot, there are beads or small stones inside which keep it closer to the skin. I also love the plush velvety material it is made of, its as soft as I could have asked for. And I was skeptical about the magnet closure, with this item being weighted and fluffy; but it's strong enough a magnet to keep the color closed. At $25 delivered next day, it was a great deal!For me this lost .5 stars twice, but I would buy again. With all the plush material, it just doesn't get that hot. I have it on high and it's not really hot. I think it's all the fluff between the heating element and my skin, plus my tshirt maybe? I'd been using a much thinner(neoprene) shoulder splint(w/ build in heating) and it got much much hotter. I bet adding a blanket on top of this would help alot, but then I wouldn't be writing this same review, from under a blanket.The other problem is really Garvee's I believe. I needed this next day, but didn't get it for 3-4 days. I don't like to leave my credit cards unlocked. Garvee didn't charge me for this order the nioght I ordered, and I didn't notice and then I locked my card sometime the next morning. But then the order came through and was declined. I spent a day shopping stores, still failed to find something similar, and then ordered a second time which then took a couple days to deliver as it was a weekend. Bottom line I didn't get a health device I needed/ordered, and had funds available for; within a manner timely enough for me to get what I needed from the product! And like I say it's not really super hot at that. So what I'd been using, uncomfortable as it was, did the job; before this thing made it here!
