That's when I decide to turn on the heat and vibration both. other times, I just need the vibration to relieve the stress in my neck and shoulders. No matter how I feel, I can get relaxed and my muscles calm down! One of the best items I’ve purchased from Garvee❣️

Soothing. Works well to relieve shoulders, neck and back and chest pains.

Extremely comforting. Can be a bit noisy during vibrating. Repositioning it a bit settles down a rattling sound of the vibrators when they're not in the best position on your body.

I love how the heating pad has a plastic button snap and a tie to hold it in place. The fabric is incredibly soft. Highly recommend this heating pad. The size fits my back well, and its pretty durable. It is very easy to use and has several settings. Very functional.
