So far I can testify that it's easy to assemble what little needs to be assembled. I haven't had to use it yet, and I will update my review when I do. I bought it because when I need a plumber it's always over $300 to rout my sewer line and, with my being low income, my church always covers the expense. I took the Garvee gift cards from my last birthday and Christmas and put them together to get this.... now when my sewer line clogs, one of the men from the men's group can help me work this machine instead of running up church expenses. Everybody chuckled when I bought it, but if someone else in the church I attend needed to use it also, I would let them use it and save themselves a plumbing bill. Great church community resource that resides in my garage since I don't have a car to compete with it for storage space.

Let start with it works,, but the snake was miswhound from the factory. This required it to be taken apart. Pull the snake out, stretch it out across the way at its full length. Put it all back together and then wind it correctly into the unit but after that it works just fine. Really should have been something that they quality controlled before shipping it out. But again for the money it works. It just took a little time for the first use. Once you get it in order it will save money on rental fees

Definitely wish I had bought one of these years ago instead of paying expensive fees to have someone come do it for us. This thing works like a charm. Only used it once so far but it worked perfect!

Happy to have my own drain snake, tired of renting and calling the plumber to snake out roots. The product is well built, I have not had to use it yet but I am sure soon I will, when all the foliage starts to grow.
