Comfortable and perfect for me at 5’4”. The quality of the material and the mechanical moving parts that put the recliner into various positions are very good. The only issue I had was that it was described as white, but it is a beige. I reached out to their customer service and they worked with me to resolve the issue. Excellent Customer Service! I believe that it is now described as beige in the product description online. I would highly recommend this chair.
