This chair gets 5 stars for meeting my size requirements, but I would give between 3 and 4 for these reasons. I HAD to have a shallow depth recliner - very difficult to find something under 30 inches from front to back for my small bedroom corner. This was the only model I found and I bought this gray fabric one and I have the same chair (without the heat and massage in faux black leather). The gray fabric is not really soft, kind of scratchy, but since I have a blanket on it and didn't really get it for the comfort factor, I am just noting that. The other one I have in faux black leather has a stiffer head/support area. This head support is pretty floppy as the stiff support in the back only goes up to the upper shoulder area, so the cushion can be very flimsy as far as support for the head. BUT if you use the attached pillow at the head area as pictured, it makes it fine. I also like that there is a good distance between the seat and the head so your head actually lands on the headrest, not far above it. That was also a requirement of mine. The chair does NOT look like a mini chair although it is narrow (and I selected it for this smaller size), it's fine for all my almost adult and adult family. The massage and heat are very mild, not a reason to get this chair and I didn't really get it for that reason. The electric reclining works well and you can lift the legs significantly before the back starts to recline and that's my favorite part of this chair that you can kick your feet up and still be in upright position. THe additional strap on cushion can be used in the lumbar position or at the head and you can use your own pillow if you want the lumbar position.

This was an awesome chair for the money. Solid and the heat and the vibration works perfectly. I couldn't be happier

It's a cheap recliner and the heat/massage is iffy at best, but it reclines and holds up.
