Gorgeous raised bed! The season has finally arrived when we could put this together and I absolutely love it. The farm/trough look is exactly what I wanted and the cream color just ups the uniqueness of this bed. It's much longer and deeper than I thought it would be and I'm so excited to fill it up! The bed is nice and sturdy and high quality and has 3 braces in the center to stabilize it. Assembly is easier with 2 people. It has lots of screws. We didn't use the tools provided but used our own socket and phillips screwdriver. It would take a lot of dirt to fill this up so we will do some lasagna gardening, add some compost and make a beautiful centerpiece for the garden. Highly recommend for the price and quality.
I shopped around for weeks before choosing Garvee. For the height and the quality of the galvanized steel, this is the best deal I found. It’s sturdy, looks clean, and doesn't cost a fortune. If you’re on the fence about metal vs wood, go with this. It’s much less maintenance in the long run.
Putting this together isn't hard, but man, there are a lot of nuts and bolts. If you use the tiny tools they provide, you’ll be there all day. Do yourself a favor and grab a power screwdriver—it cut my assembly time down to about 30 minutes. Once it’s bolted together, it’s incredibly sturdy. I bought the beige one and it’s a lovely neutral tone.
I’ve been gardening for years, but my knees and back just can't handle the ground-level beds anymore. This 2ft height is absolute perfection. I can tend to my herbs while standing or sitting on a small stool. The green color is a bit darker than the photos, but it looks very high-end in my backyard. No more aching back after a day of pruning!
