Garvee 40 Gal Black Portable Gas Caddy with Pump for Fuel Storage, Black
Dispensing or pumping fuel by turning the handle allows you to eliminate overfilling of the tank by pulling excess gasoline or diesel back into the tank.
It is suitable for use in tankers, ships, outdoor industry, construction industry, farms, lawns and gardens etc.
Easy to organize and place the Hose after use.
Assembly Instructions
STEP ONE:
Insert the wheel axle in the bottom then place either wheel onto the axle and secure it in place with a washer and nut, repeat with the other wheel.
STEP TWO:
Tilt the caddy on it side. Attach the support feet/caster wheel.
STEP THREE:
Take the Teflon tape and wrap it around the pump pipe 5-8 times around. Screw on the oil pump and attach the pump handle to the oil pump. Use the wedge lock washer to position the pump and tighten it.
STEP FOUR:
Screw the pagoda joint onto the oil pump, attach the hose to the pagoda joint, securing it in place with the hose clamp. Attach the wire tube to the pump connector.
STEP FIVE:
Screw the fuel gauge into place nearby.
STEP SIX:
Insert the filter into the fuel inlet and then screw on the oil cap.
STEP SEVEN:
Insert the handle into place on the caddy's frame, securing it in place with bolts, washers and nuts.
STEP EIGHT:
Put on the hook and tighten it with screws.

Works great . EXCEPT where the metal nozel spout meets tho discharge hose it leaks while im pumping fuel. Looks like the way it was clamped/crimp fitted to the hose is the issue. Other than that it’s a great product addition to my home garage .
Works. The gas float never worked out of the box & it’s a pretty flimsy ground wire (easily changeable). Works well for an actual storage & pump works as advertised
The caddy works ok but the assembly instructions are broad - leaving some room for mistakes.The wheel base sort of buckled when it filled up. Moving it around proved clunky.
