Nice looking rail for our patio steps.Clean, simple lines, works for what we need it for.I'm giving it a 4 star rating due to some screws were missing. This caused our handyman to have to stop and go to the hardware store and get some.The hardware that came with it wasn't the most sturdy according to our handyman. All in all, so far I'm pleased with it.
Works great. Was easy to install for my son. Made going into my side yard from the garage so much easier and safer
The online information is VERY misleading. It says you can install the railing in 15 minutes with "predrilled holes." How can a buyer have predrilled holes before receiving the railing a determining the exact location of where holes need to be drilled. After marking the hole location a trip to a hardware store is necessary to purchase the 6mm concrete bit if the stairs are to be installed in concrete. And how many homeowners own a hammer drill that is the correct tool for drilling concreter? The railing appears to be a good product and the shipping was very quick. The installation instructions are almost useless. They don't indicate the drill size need and don't address installation in concrete.
We needed these to pass our home's FHA inspection. They fit well, the finish was a very nice coated white.. All the hardware was included, and they were easy to assemble and mount.
