Likes: The design is modern and visually appealing., I didn’t like about this purchase
Improvements: Make the securing hooks stronger and less likely to move on the pins when hooked up.
Hook issue

I got it on the tractor without much trouble. I hooked up to my brush hog and it kept moving to one side, to the point where the left retaining pin fell out after a short period of mowing. I had to use large washers as bushings on the top hook as it was moving back and forth. That is using the provided extension hook. The right side is just fine, but the left side is where the retaining pin fell out. I am going to have to find something longer and figure out how to keep it from popping off under load. I cannot be the only one to have this problem. I am sure I will come up with something, but I should not have to re engineer this. That being said, the brush hog is a heavy sucker and it handles the weight just fine. Just got to re imagine that left pin securing.

High Quality Cat 1/2 3 PT Hitch

The GARVEE/GARVEE 3PT Hitch is stoutly constructed. The unit is put together with thick and clean welds. The use of gussets is used more extensively than others that I have observed. The fact that it is 5 to almost 10lbs more in weight (67lbs) than comparable units is a testament to its strength.I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this 3 point hitch and recommend it to anyone searching for a cat 1/2 quick hitch.
