Good product, poor description.

I got the orange ones because they weighed more, and assumed they were stronger than the yellow ones. Who knows?They arrived in very good condition and seem strong.Hope this helps someone.

Worked great

I had a large but not overly heavy (500#) box being delivered that I needed to unload from a semi, My 42" forks weren't long enough, so I ordered these 84" extensions. They arrived quickly and in good shape. I drilled a hole in them near the tip of my forks and put a 5" 1/4x20 bolt through them to stop them from bouncing off in rough terrain. These are simple, heavy duty and worked great, happy with the purchase.

Terrible Customer Service

I purchased these yesterday and Shop.com provided the wrong shipping address. I contacted Garvee before and after the shipping label was created and was told the address would be corrected. Today the package is on route to a destination 2,000 miles away and no customer service rep seems interested or empowered to resolve the issue. Still hoping to receive the product but currently looks like I have lost my money.
