I have two laser engravers that weigh 52 and 100 lbs and each are close to 30" inches wide. I had both on HD steel shelving units but after a while, I was not satisfied with their arrangement. Plus I wanted to put each on heavy duty undermount drawer slides so I could better feed longer projects.But, being 66 years old with a bum back (and my wife not in much better shape) the idea of moving these huge slabs of machinery was daunting considering the difficulty we had getting them on the shelving in the first place.This GARVEE hydraulic lift table was a back saver. This particular table by GARVEE has a 50" lift and I was able to "walk" my machines on and off very easily. My Xtool is on a riser and I was able to raise the table to the same level as the machine itself and do the same.The table is solid, and held my lasers easily while I changed my shelving units around and installed the drawer slides. There was no "fade" at all, the hydraulics kept the table steady the entire time. Lowering the table under load is very soft and smooth.My only quibble was there were no operation instructions. It's a no-brainer really, pump the handle at the bottom of the table with your foot, use the hand grip to lower. There is also a safety bar on the lower left strut that you can position to block accidental lowering of the table but I found that by accident. There was nothing in the installation manual about it. Other than that, although it's pricy, I think it's a good buy if you need to do the type of things I needed it to do.
Game changer!! Getting a little older but still have to load heavy objects in the back of the pickup. Makes loading and unloading the heavy items a lot less work and less stressful. Love It!
I bought this for loading heavier items into my truck. The hydraulic lift saves a lot of bending and lifting, especially when working alone.
