We have had our awning for almost 6mo. Assembly is child’s play. With very explicit instructions. The quality of the frame and awning canvas, are durable and surprisingly high quality. We have accidentally left it extended through a few storms, and had no problems.( but still not recommended). Excellent price in comparison with some less quality awnings

Hands down the best awning I have bought. South Florida here, lots of sun daily. This product is great. Throw a few screws in the top and it’s solid like a rock! Gusty winds no problem. It’s waterproof. Lightweight, easy to uninstall if a hurricane comes. Wish that were made in a variety of sizes and lighter colors. . Highly recommend
