Very nice chair! Big and wide. I love that it glides and spins and so does my toddler. I’m not a huge fan of pulling a thing right next to the seat to to kick out the footrest but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. It recline very easily, which is nice. And I like the material. It will be easy to keep it clean.

Comfy but hard to push feet down

I absolutely love my new chairs. The message function is pretty intense, the heating is good and this chairs is super comfortable. The chair isn't super heavy and i got both up the stairs by myself and unpacked with no problem. It only took me 18 minutes to put both the chairs together. Me and my wife both took a extended nap in this chair and woke up with no back or neck issue.My only small grip, is that i wish the heating function extended to my butt lmao, but i can just go get a heating pad and to solves my small issue. Overall i would recommend and buy again definitely a better value than some of these expensive and uncomfortable couches.

For the price, I was skeptical that this item would be much. Pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. I put it together by myself, and my sense of following directions is not the best....but after about 45 minutes I had it all together...the hardest part was getting the arms to lock/expand, so two people would be helpful but it is doable. Beautiful color. The heat and massage features are not what I would call "spa" treament, but it does help after a long day. I would purchase this product again. The shipping was a little complicated, as it shipped to a local post office instead of my home address...but I was able to pick up in my small SUV with no problems. It is packaged in way that you would never think it is a recliner. It did have one very small blemish on one of the armrests, but it is not that noticeable unless you are looking right at it. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

A lot of assembly required! We had to hire an engineer (our son) to help put it together. It doesn't have a handle to put the footrest down. Every time my husband gets up, I have to kick it to make it catch.

Would have given 5 stars but there is not enough stuffing in the back rest.
