Just as good as a high dollar one from dealer. Filled with cement and zero issues at 460 pounds.
It's a simple welded sheet metal ballast box. Does exactly what it should. Not the prettiest of welds, but this was significantly cheaper than the equivalent Land Pride and works great with the quick hitch on the back of my Kubota BX. I filled mine with gravel and it is plenty heavy to counterbalance my front bucket full of gravel.
