Around here, tools either prove themselves quickly or they end up shoved in the back of the shed collecting dust. This sweeper absolutely proved itself.We originally picked it up thinking about leaves and grass clippings, but where this thing REALLY impressed us was after processing a bunch of chickens for the freezer. If you’ve ever butchered poultry at home, then you already know feathers somehow end up EVERYWHERE. Yard, driveway, grass, stuck to your boots… it becomes chaos fast.This sweeper handled the cleanup so much better than I expected. Instead of fighting feathers blowing all over the place with a rake or leaf blower, this just rolled right over them and picked most of them up in one pass. It honestly made one of the messiest jobs on the homestead way less aggravating.Performance-wise, it works surprisingly well for a push sweeper. The brushes actually grab debris instead of just scattering it around, and it moves smoothly without feeling like you’re wrestling it the whole time. It’s especially satisfying watching it pick up piles of dry debris quickly instead of making multiple passes over the same area.Durability has also been solid so far. The frame feels sturdy, the brushes keep their shape well, and nothing about it feels flimsy or disposable. Homestead equipment gets used hard around here, and this feels like it can actually handle regular use instead of falling apart after one season.The collection bag holds quite a bit before needing emptied, and the height adjustment is easy depending on where you’re using it. That’s nice when half your property is grass and the other half is random uneven homestead terrain.I also appreciate that it stores easily without taking up half the barn. Assembly was simple enough that we were using it pretty quickly after it arrived.This has turned into one of those tools we keep reaching for more than expected. Leaves, grass, feathers, random debris after projects… if you’ve got a homestead or even just a busy property, this thing saves a surprising amount of cleanup time and energy.

This ended up being far more useful than I initially expected. Works great as advertised

All I can say is WOW. This lawn sweeper works SO much better than I thought it would. I live in a forested area so we get a ton of leaves on the ground. Usually we wait until after all the rain in Spring to use the leaf blower to move the leaves off the front lawn area, and our driveway. It rained really hard a couple days ago, so the leaves are still very wet under the top layer. I tried this sweeper anyway. It not only easily got the top layer of dried leaves, it did a great job at sweeping up the wet leaves as well. It has a very nice sized leaf collector as well, so it is easy to bag up all the leaves it collects. Well worth the money at just under $200.00. It was easy to put together, and is well made. My only regret is that I didn't have this all the other Spring cleanup seasons!
