This thing is amazing. I wasn’t sure if it would be wide enough for my body cause I’m 170lb but it’s plenty wide enough. Arrived fast and used it for first time yesterday as a body bag on the bed. But be prepared…. You’ll sweat…. A lot so today I moved it to the floor.The experience is similar to laying in a tanning bed/sauna is the best I can describe it as. Absolutely wonderful! The warmth is incredibly soothing, the cords are hardy. My skin noticeably feels & looks better today (already) which I didn’t think possible after first use.My primary reason for purchase was for neck, back and foot pain from labor intensive work and it definitely decreased the pain after 1st use.Secondary reason for purchase: Potentially to reduce fat since it is 850nm as well as the 650nm version…. And It DOES appear to thermally warm the cells enough to achieve adipose tissue draining, yay.Only con thus far is… the controller is so complicated. I’ve tried twice to figure it out and read the manual to no avail. But the good news is at-least the device CAN be controlled with its own separate buttons so that was a saving grace. I’ll spend more time with the controller in a little bit to try and figure it out.This was an amazingly good price compared to all the other body bags/mats I looked at and its loaded with lights. There’s no skimping on the amount of lights at all.Both mats can be used together as a body bag or separately. I brought one to the chair to show you can sit with it as one unit also while watching TV.I absolutely love this thing and will continue to use it.

This is the best Garvee purchase ever! The red light sleeping bag came very well packed very impressed. The instructions on how to use it was very limited, but I did figure everything out, especially connecting the two blankets together to make a sleeping bag since there were no instructions in the box for that. The remote control buttons were a little confusing, but I also figured those out only by going back to the Garvee website to get an explanation on how to use it. I’ve been using it at the highest level setting for the last three weeks 30 min every night, and I have been noticing some changes the last couple days in my saggy creepy skin from Zepbound weight loss. I’ve done some AI research on red light blankets and saggy skin and it says that it takes 8 to 12 weeks to really notice anything, and it’s only been three weeks, of aggressive daily usage, and I think I’m seeing changes subtle change, so stay tuned and maybe I will show before and after pictures of my arms and legs.

This full body red light therapy mat is amazing. I am so happy that I purchased this. It is quite a serious investment, but my chiropractor’s office was charging $60 per session for a 30 minute treatment. It is so hard to make an appointment and drive to the doctor’s office just to use their device. I did the math and decided to invest in having a home red light therapy unit and keep it in our extra “workout” room with our treadmill and miscellaneous weights. It is so easy to use. Each mat comes with its own power source and remote. You just plug it in, turn it on and close your eyes for a mini nap. Speaking of power source… this unit is very well built and legit. The power packs remind me of the chargers for our e-bikes. I recommend that you unplug them after each use, just to keep things safe. I am almost six feet tall and fit onto this easily. The two pads can zip together, but I just use it as a blanket and cover my body to get the same effect. If you do decide to zip them together, it kind of looks like a sleeping bag when you go camping. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very high quality, FDA approved, and super easy to use. No more having to drive to the doctor’s office for treatment. It will pay for itself in no time.
