As a night shift nurse, good sleep and recovery are honestly everything for me, and this red light therapy mat has become part of my wind-down routine after work. I usually use it after a long shift when my back, shoulders, and legs feel tight and overstimulated. This full body red light therapy mat is amazing. I am so happy that I purchased this. It is quite a serious investment, but my chiropractor’s office was charging $60 per session for a 30 minute treatment. It is so hard to make an appointment and drive to the doctor’s office just to use their device. I did the math and decided to invest in having a home red light therapy unit and keep it in our extra “workout” room with our treadmill and miscellaneous weights. It is so easy to use. Each mat comes with its own power source and remote. You just plug it in, turn it on and close your eyes for a mini nap. Speaking of power source… this unit is very well built and legit. The power packs remind me of the chargers for our e-bikes. I recommend that you unplug them after each use, just to keep things safe. I am almost six feet tall and fit onto this easily. The two pads can zip together, but I just use it as a blanket and cover my body to get the same effect. If you do decide to zip them together, it kind of looks like a sleeping bag when you go camping. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. It is very high quality, FDA approved, and super easy to use. No more having to drive to the doctor’s office for treatment. It will pay for itself in no time.

I’m amazed by the results, it is easy to use and can be raised or lowered depending on how you need to use it. On my face my skin looks brighter, firmer, and with fewer fine lines, and on my body it helps relax tired muscles. It’s very effective, versatile, and practical. It is a great help for any home because it helps to rejuvenate but also to recover the body from some surgery or illness.

I bought this mainly for post-workout recovery and it has been fantastic so far. The LED density is impressive — the entire mat lights up evenly and you can tell there are a lot of LEDs built into it.

After heavy leg days, I wrap it around my hips and hamstrings and run a 20-minute session. It feels warm and relaxing without getting too hot.

The controller is simple to use and I like that you can set the timer so it shuts off automatically. Definitely one of the best wellness purchases I’ve made this year.
