This toolbox feels heavy duty the second you open it. The steel is thick, the hinges feel strong, and the lids open smoothly without slamming shut on your fingers. It feels built for real use, not just light storage.The size works great for truck beds, trailers, or garages where you want tools protected but easy to access. There is plenty of room for bulky gear, straps, or power tools without playing Tetris every time you close it.Weather resistance is solid. Rain and dust stay out, and the lock gives peace of mind if you leave it in the truck. It does not feel like something that will rust or warp after one bad season.
Nice heavy duty storage box. Thick material. Good durable coating. The lift struts are strong and lift the lid easily. There is a seal around the lid but no gasket around the handles or any thing around the lock hole. So maybe not the best if exposed to the weather. Maybe some drain holes or ways to chain it down, would be nice. This will be great for camping but will probably just end up holding all the random things loose in my truck bed, but I have a camper shell, so it won't be in the rain.
