Does a nice job drying an polishing wine stems. I can get through a 12-pac of stems in about 5 minutes. Much faster than hand drying.

We have had the machine since March and it stopped working two months after purchase. We have been trying to get it replaced but in order to do that we have to do a forensic deep dive to make that happen. Which seems impossible at this point. The customer service has not been helpful and are rude. They send out canned responses for issues and it’s difficult to get a real person involved. Claiming they have “no record” of the purchase. What a shame considering the price of the equipment.

We upgraded to a collection of RIEDEL varietal specific wine glasses — so lots of glasses for our home now instead of just red or white glasses. The new glasses are not easy to dry by hand and leaves spots if air dried. We got this machine to address the problem, and it works great. The heater warms the drying spindles and holding the glass in one more of the spindles for a few seconds get the glass dried without streaks, etc. If not dried on the try, do it again for a few more seconds. Best purchase next the new glasses for thoroughly enjoying our wines. The only drawback is that it’s a bit loud — about the same as a vacuum cleaner — but the results are worth the noise pollution.
